Roll-Formed Selective Pallet Rack is the most flexible and extensively used pallet rack in the material handling industry.

A Roll-Form Frame starts as a coil of steel.  While it is flat, the steel is processed through a punch that punches the holes which will later be used to attach the beams.  After the steel has been punched the steel is sent through rollers which shape the steel and give it the “post” shape it requires for strength.  After the “post “is created they are connected to create the “frame.” This can be done in a couple of different ways; some manufacturers use a bolt system while others weld the components to build the “Frame”.

Roll-Form racking is easy to install and move due to its lightweight construction.  It also uses less steel during manufacturing, which significantly lowers the price.

There are several configurations available such as: single selective, double deep, push back, pallet flow, etc. Despite its lightweight construction, it is still able to reach great heights.
