H.B. Industrial Solutions and Bruce Edmeades first encounter was last autumn. Pete Hammer was contacted to come on sight for an analysis of our racking throughout the entire warehouse. Pete determined what was required and within a few days he submitted a quote separated by our requirements (by section of warehouse and rating of urgency).
Pete was very competitive with his quote and thus awarded phase one of our racking over haul project. H.B. Industrial Solutions performed their first job assignment for Bruce Edmeades at the end of 2005; the timeline coincided exactly with pre planned material delivery and scheduled repairs. The workmanship was well executed and Pete remained in constant communication with me to ensure everything was on track. The project was completed in the original time frame discussed.
In realizing the commitment and capability of H.B. Industrial Solutions, Bruce Edmeades asked for Pete to quote on another separate project for a total realignment of our freezer. Again, Peter was very competitive and awarded the job. The 5 week freezer job has since been completed and H.B. Industrial Solutions once again, exceeded our expectations.
We are continuing to use H.B. Industrial Solution’s services and hope to maintain a strong working relationship.
